Description
Trafalgar ServoWrap is a thin, non-itchy, foil-faced, high-temperature mat designed to protect structural and service penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors. This penetration wrap effectively reduces heat transfer and helps maintain the fire resistance level for up to 120 minutes.
Trafalgar ServoWrap is just 15mm thick, making it easier to install around service penetrations while reducing material waste. Unlike traditional penetration wraps, there’s no need to tape the ends, helping installers complete penetrations faster and with fewer installation steps.
For optimal fire protection, use ServoWrap with Trafalgar FyreBATT 50 (also known as Ryanbatt 502S), a high-density rock fibre board coated with FyreMASTIC A-R. This combination ensures a strong fire-rated barrier, sealing around penetrating services and construction elements to prevent fire spread and minimise heat conduction.

Applications:
Trafalgar ServoWrap, when used with Trafalgar FyreBATT 50 and Trafalgar FyreMASTIC A-R, provides fire-stopping protection for:
- Walls: Concrete, KOROK®, Speedpanel, AFS, Kingspan, Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and fire-rated plasterboard walls.
- Floors: Concrete, Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), Hollow Core Floors and Plasterboard Ceilings.
