For most applications, we recommend starting with Trafalgar FyreBATT 50 (also known as Ryanbatt 502S). Trafalgar FyreBATT 50 offers a broad range of tested systems and combines a 50mm fire batt with the industry leading, 15-mm thin Trafalgar ServoWrap, and other system components to provide a flexible solution for service penetrations, batt bulkheads and structural penetrations.
If you can’t find the required tested system or approval with Trafalgar FyreBATT 50, FyreBATT 60 provides an alternative range of tested solutions.
Both Trafalgar FyreBATT 50 and FyreBATT 60 are used in conjunction with market-leading wrap and sealant products. Our systems have been independently fire tested at IANZ/NATA accredited laboratories to comply with AS1530.4:2014 & AS4072.1:2005, ensuring they meet the industry fire safety standards under the National Construction Code clause C4D15, and S1C2.
