The Trafalgar FyreBOX range is approved for a wide variety of services including conduits, PEX, bare metal pipes, electrical, and HVAC&R. The FyreBOX can be filled with as many of these services as will fit in the box, with no separation requirements.

Yes, but no need for expensive intumescent sealants – seal the collars with FyreFLEX® sealant around the services in the
wall and backfill the collar to close any gaps between services and provide a smoke seal.

No, these cable penetrations are best to be sealed with a system that has been tested for the application, like FyreFLEX®
sealant and TWRAP or FireBOX systems.

Yes, the FyreBOX Cast-In has been tested with both fire-resistant (FR) and non-FR insulation and can
be filled with as many lines as will reasonably fit in the box.

TWRAP™ (or FyreWrap®) will need to be wrapped around the FyreBOX to achieve an insulation rating.
