Description
FyreHAT Downlight Covers are an intumescent cover used to fire rate the penetrations created by the installation of downlights into fire rated plasterboard ceilings. In a fire situation, the intumescent material reacts sealing off the penetration and downlight, stopping the passage of flame and hot gases into the ceiling cavity. They are also suitable for use over smoke detectors and speakers.
