Description
The FyreCAP is a fire stopping device for the passive fire protection of electrical junction boxes. The FyreCAP simply fits over the top of the junction box, without the need to remove the junction box, or use any sealants, providing a visibly compliant system with easy install, easy certification, and easy inspection.
The system is fast, clean & easy, and is tested and approved to maintain an FRL of -/120/120 for concrete floor slabs and fire-rated wall applications (plasterboard, concrete and masonry), with up to 4 conduit branches in back-to-back, junction box to conduit collar, and 2-way FRL configurations.
