Coated on both faces with FyreMASTIC A-R (also known as Ryanmastic), an ablative fire-resistant acrylic, Trafalgar FyrBATT 50 effectively prevents the passage of hot gases and flames, reduces heat transfer, and maintains fire compartmentation for up to 120 minutes. This structural penetration fire batt is designed for sealing around steel beams and timber joists, ensuring that fire resistance of separating elements remains uncompromised.
Trafalgar FyreBATT 50 systems comprise of a 50mm grey coated (non-combustible) high-density fire batt used in conjunction with high-performance fire sealants and the industry-leading service penetration wrap – Trafalgar ServoWrap. ServoWrap is a thin 15mm, non-itchy thermal wrap designed to protect against heat transfer via structural penetrations that penetrate through the Trafalgar FyreBATT 50 system. Trafalgar ServoWrap is a foil faced high-temperature fibreglass matt which significantly reduces the conducting of heat through penetrating services. Trafalgar ServoWrap’s thin nature makes it easier to install around structural penetrations while reducing material waste. Unlike traditional thermal wraps, there’s no need to tape the ends, helping installers complete penetrations faster and with fewer installation steps.

Trafalgar FyreBATT 50 (also known as Ryanbatt 502S) systems have been independently tested in IANZ/NATA accredited laboratories to comply with AS1530.4:2014 & AS4072.1:2005, ensuring it meet the industry fire safety standards for sealing of penetrations under the National Construction Code clause C4D15, and S1C2.

- Trafalgar FyreBATT 50 (also known as Ryanbatt 502S) – 50mm thick, 1200x600mm size grey coated (non-combustible) high-density fire batt
- Trafalgar ServoWrap – 15mm thick, non-itchy, 10m long roll needle-felt high temperature blanket foiled on one side (no need for taping edges)
- FyreMASTIC A-R (also known as Ryanmastic) – light grey 600ml sausages and 5Kg brush grade pails for sealing the batt edges and service penetrations (low VOC)
