Silo Hotel Gets A Revamp!

Trafalgar is proud to have FyreBOX installed in the redevelopment of the Kings Wharf grain silo in Tasmania - which is being converted into a hotel by JMC Property Group.
FyreBOX is a product unlike any other in the passive fire protection industry, and the Silo Hotel will be utilising slab-mount, cast-in, and maxi FyreBOXes.
The final design will see 68 hotel rooms inside the silos and a further 11 in a separate structure on level one, and is due to be completed in late 2017.
Overall cost: $20 Million
