FyreFLEX Update September 2019

Trafalgar’s FyreFLEX® fire rated sealant has undergone 30+ ​ fire tests across 30 years, and has been approved for an extensive range of applications. The latest FyreFLEX Fire Rated Sealant Technical Guide for Service Penetrations includes the latest fire tested systems for Speedpanel and Hebel walls. 

The FyreFLEX® fire assessment report FCO 1579 (which summaries the decades of fire test data for FyreFLEX® Sealant) is currently being re-written to reflect the latest version of test standards by a team of fire experts at a NATA accredited laboratory.

In the interim, Trafalgar have prepared a Technical Guide for Service Penetrations which can be referred to for all approved applications, including the latest fire tested systems for Speedpanel and Hebel walls. 
 
Whilst we wait for FCO 1579 to be updated, we are still able to provide  evidence of compliance under the NCC. To address compliance of a specific installation, you can obtain individual test report(s) by contacting the Trafalgar Technical team at technical@tfire.com.au ​with your specific application(s).
